Andy’s documentation of his walks began after a chance encounter with Peter Burgess, the founder of the Online Fellwalking Club, near Pillar Rock. Peter’s suggestion to share walk descriptions on the club’s site sparked Andy’s interest in writing about his experiences, finding it as enjoyable as the walks themselves
Through his photography, Andy probably captures the essence of fell walking, from the sweeping vistas atop peaks like Helvellyn to the tranquil beauty of tarns nestled in the valleys
