A 16 Mile Circular walk from Keswick (Part Two)

Watendlath – Rosthwaite – Borrowdale – Grange – Manesty – Derwentwater – Brandelhow – Hawes End – Nichol End – Portinscale – Keswick

This Lake District photo gallery features the second part of my 16 mile circular walk from Keswick. The walk continues from Watendlath along an old packhorse route to Rosthwaite. From Rosthwaite we follow the River Derwent through Borrowdale to Derwentwater. The walk continues along the banks of Derwentwater to Hawes End. At Portinscale the walk crosses the river via a suspension bridge. Keswick is now in sight just over a mile away.
