Snow Capped Skiddaw Graham started walking in the Peak district back in 1994 after a friend at work gave him a recommended list of walks to try out. A weekend trip with a local conservation volunteer group climbed Cadair Idris in mid Wales and after enjoying that he decided to take on more ambitious high altitude routes . Walking books & maps for Snowdonia were duly purchased and he made his way through them, mainly between 2000 & 2001. |

Snow Covered Helvellyn Early last year he bought the book "Wainwrights favourite Lakeland fells" from a bargain book shop and after studying it decided to attempt a few visits to Lakeland. Now, after 10 visits and 27 different walks around Lakeland he's hooked on the place and plans to make many more visits in the not too distant future. |

Buttermere & Grasmore from High Crag Fortunatly he was into digital photography before he started walking and has managed to maintain a picture gallery of all the walks completed so far. He started with a Casio QV3000 digital camera and more recently has upgraded to a Canon G2 after the Casio was damaged on a walk on Blencathra. |
