Before you submit photographs to Snap the Lakes it is important that you carefully review the Terms and Conditions set out below. The Terms and Conditions may be updated or changed without notice. By submitting photographs to Snap the Lakes, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Copyrights The photographer must hold the copyright to all photos he or she submits to Snap the Lakes. Photographs that violate the laws of copyright will not be used. Any Photo's meeting legal challenges for copyright infringement will be removed. Photographers retain ownership of all copyrights. Only photographs of the English Lake District will be considered. Use of Photographs Your photographs will only be used in the Photo Of The Day and/or Visitors Gallery sections. Photographs may be used on more than one occasion in the POTD section. All POTD are added to the POTD Gallery. You have the option when your photograph is featured as the POTD to have a link to your home page or e-mail address.
All photographic copyrights belong to the photographers. Photographs may not be used without their permission.
